Stonebrook Crossing HOA Dues and More

Stonebrook crossing in Frisco, TX is featuring K Hovnanian and Shaddock.  I had the privelage of meeting with Mandy Anderson with K Hov today.  She gave me some good info!  HOA dues for this neighborhood (at Teel and Stonebrook) are $600 per year.  This neighborhood is just very simple.  The HOA dues are kept low because there is no community pool or fitness center.  The lower HOA dues make it a lot easier to afford to put a pool in your own back yard.  Most of the K Hov lots are 65 X 120.  They also have some oversized lots.  This neighborhood will feed into Bledsoe Elementary, Pioneer Middle, and Frisco High School.  By fall of 2015, it will feed into the new Reedy High School.  Every K Hov home in Stonebrook Crossing comes with a covered back patio and a 3 car garage. They should have 4 inventory homes finished by Feburary of 2014.  They also have a lot of great, new, never seen before floor plans!  Lets sell your home so you can buy a new one!

The model isn’t even officially open yet, and K. Hovanian has already started selling homes in the Sheridan of Phillips Creek Ranch!  Their prices range from $401,900 to $479,900.  Lot sizes are 65′ X 120′ BUT they do have some over-sized lots.  There has been a LOT of interest in the over-sized lots.  There has been so much interest in fact, that the home prices have just gone up about $3,000 across the board.  So remember those two people that already bought their new K.
