homesweethomeInventory of pre-owned homes in Frisco, Texas has been low, and is only going to get lower between now and the end of the year.   There are currently 162 pre-owned homes $400K or more available in Frisco right now.  This is actually quite low, and get this…ony 24 of them have been on the market for less than 30 days, and only 7 of them have been on the market for less than 10 days.  What does this mean?  It means that the buyers have already seen them, and are still looking! 

Competition for pre-owned homes was quite stiff this past summer with 25% of homes selling in under 10 days.  There are still a lot of buyers that lost out this summer waiting patiently for the perfect home to become available.  This is why the Frisco Open House Day is going to be so successful.

Frisco Aquatic Center Expansion 2013

Frisco Aquatic CenterConstruction is scheduled to begin in November of 2013 and end in May of 2014, just in time for Summer use!  This $6 million project win increase capacity from 600 people per day to 1,000 people per day.  It will expand from 60,000sf to 100,000sf.  There will be two more water slides and a much larger childrens aquatic play structure, as well as an extra 300 feet of lazy river.  They will also be able to hire about 50 new part-time workers!
