Gehan Homes has established Stonebryck Manor in Frisco. It’s located at the SE corner of Rolater and Hillcrest. Homes are reasonable priced from the low $300’s to the mid $400’s. Lots are 65 X 115. They boast an excellent “HERS” energy rating, tankless water heaters, and a 30 year roof with ridge vents, The model was very nice. They also have some move in ready homes.
